Texas Chili

Brown and drain:
2 lbs ground beef (or venison if you want to make Montana chili)
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced

32 oz. tomato sauce
32 oz. diced tomatoes
4 tsp beef base dissolved in 2 cups of hot water
3 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp. oregano
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
32 oz dark kidney beans

Cook on low heat for several hours to allow the flavors mix.
Great served with sour cream, cheese, Fritos, and corn bread with butter and honey.
